There are no contracts: you pay a one-time website build fee ($99 one-time) and a monthly plan (starting at $14.99/mo), and you can cancel anytime. You don't need any tech skills — you answer a few questions, and we handle the design, copywriting, setup and launch. Your custom domain and business email are included, and your site is built so that Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity can recommend your business. It's ready in 2–3 business days, and after launch we keep revising it at no extra charge for 14 days until you're happy.

2-3 business days after we receive your business information. If you're moving a domain you already own to Biz22, your domain points to your site when the transfer completes, usually 5–7 days after you give us your transfer code.

It's one online form that takes less than 10 minutes. You tell us about yourself and your business, choose your domain, and pick your website's design and features. At checkout you pay the one-time setup fee ($99 one-time), your monthly plan starts, and you get an email confirmation right away. We register your domain and build your site, then email you a preview link within 2-3 business days. From that email you have 7 days to request unlimited changes or approve it. If you don't respond, the site is approved automatically. Once it launches on your domain, you get another 14 days of free changes. After that, changes are ordered from your dashboard under "Add Services". Your domain registrar will also email you to confirm your contact details. Please confirm it within 15 days so your domain isn't suspended.

On your website, you choose. Your business phone number and address are optional, and whatever you give us is shown to visitors on your site, so share only what you want customers to see. The Premium plan needs a business address to set up Google Workspace. Registering your domain is different: domain rules require the owner's real name, email, phone number and address, and the registrar emails you to verify them. Those registration details are not shown on your website.

Unlimited revisions are included at no extra charge for 7 days after we notify you that your site is ready (the clock starts from our notice, not your first login), plus another 14 days after your site launches. Just be specific about what you want changed and we will keep refining it. After that, changes are ordered from your dashboard under "Add Services" as individual updates, priced individually from $19 to $29 depending on the change.

We handle all updates for you, so there's nothing for you to edit. This ensures quality and prevents technical issues. Log in to your dashboard and use "Add Services" to request changes, or contact us directly.

You own your content — your text, logos and images. The website's design and code are Biz22's technology, licensed to you for as long as your plan is active. Your domain is yours: you're its registrant of record.

A contact form with email notifications is included with your plan at no extra charge, so visitors can send you messages directly. It's the easiest way for potential customers to reach you.

If you don't have them, no problem — we'll source professional stock images that fit your business. But if you'd like to use your own logo, photos, or a hero video, you can upload them directly in the form.

Our package is a professional website for your business, together with your own custom domain and business email, plus online appointment booking as an add-on. It doesn't include an online store, shopping cart, or checkout. If you need to sell online, contact us and we'll tell you what we can do.

Automatic text reminders help reduce no-shows. For businesses whose address is in the United States, they're included with Online Booking: 500 SMS segments each billing period. Additional segments are $0.025 each and are charged on your next invoice, or on a final invoice if Online Booking ends. The number of segments in a text depends on its length and characters, as counted by our SMS provider. No overage is charged during a free promotional period. You can switch texts off in your dashboard at any time; your clients then get email reminders instead, and the price doesn't change. Text reminders are available for U.S. businesses only; elsewhere, your clients get email reminders.

Online Booking is a monthly add-on to a Standard or Premium plan. For a business with a U.S. address it's $24.99/month and includes automatic text reminders: 500 SMS segments each billing period. Additional segments are $0.025 each and are charged on your next invoice, or on a final invoice if Online Booking ends. For a business outside the U.S. it's $19.99/month. Text reminders are available for U.S. businesses only; your clients get email reminders.

Every confirmation email has Reschedule and Cancel buttons, and the confirmation text has a link to the same page. There, your clients can move or cancel their appointment, or update their contact details, without calling you. Every change shows up in your dashboard.

Your clients choose texts when they book: the texts box is unticked until they tick it. Texts go to U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers. A client can reply STOP at any time to stop your texts, or HELP for help.

Your Basic, Standard, or Premium plan (starting at $14.99/mo) keeps your site live 24/7 with hosting and security included. Without an active subscription, your site goes offline.

Your website is backed up regularly as part of our managed hosting.

Every order needs a domain, and your first year is free. During checkout you search and pick one through us; from year two it renews annually on your regular monthly bill at the then-current price, roughly $14–$18/yr for a .com (other extensions vary), and we handle registration and renewal automatically going forward.

You do. For a domain you get through Biz22, you are the registrant of record — it's registered in your name. If you'd like to move it to your own registrar account, contact us. A newly registered domain can't move to another registrar during its first 60 days; that rule is set by the domain registries.

You have two options. If it ends in .com, .net, .org, .info, .xyz or .biz, you can transfer it to Biz22 when you order, subject to applicable transfer restrictions, and we then handle its renewals. Global Domain Group's email is a legitimate, ICANN-required request to verify your contact info for the domain we registered on your behalf. It's not spam or phishing: every registrar, including Google and GoDaddy, is required to send the same kind of notice for every domain registration. Please confirm it within 15 days, or your domain risks being suspended.

Your domain can't be changed after you order, because we register it for you right away. Please choose it carefully at checkout, where you can search and compare names before you pay.

Domains registered through Biz22 include WHOIS privacy at no extra charge wherever the domain extension allows it (most do), so your personal contact details are hidden from public WHOIS lookups. The registrar still has your details and will email you to verify them.

Basic forwards mail sent to your domain to the email you already use. You can forward everything, or just one address like info@yourdomain.com. Standard gives you your own professional mailbox (you@yourdomain.com), set up for you within a few business days. Premium gives you a full Google Workspace account with Gmail, Docs and Meet on your domain, plus 30 GB of storage shared by Gmail and Drive. You can choose any of the three when you order.

Premium gives you a full Google Workspace account on your own domain for $24.99/mo: Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, Meet video calls, and 30 GB of storage shared by Gmail and Drive, on your phone and your computer. We set everything up for you and email your sign-in details as soon as it's ready. If you just need a professional email address, our Standard plan includes one.

You choose the local part of your Google Workspace address at checkout (e.g. jane@yourdomain.com), and that becomes your Gmail sign-in for the account. Standard also lets you choose your own address on your domain.

A professional email address comes with our Standard plan ($19.99/mo). We set up your mailbox and email you the sign-in details as soon as it's ready.

Each plan includes one mailbox or Google Workspace account. To add more, contact us directly.

Microsoft 365 isn't available through Biz22. For email, Basic forwards mail to the address you already use, Standard gives you a professional mailbox, and Premium gives you a full Google Workspace account.

Biz22 is a complete package, and that is the main thing that makes it different from a website builder. One price covers all four pieces: the website itself, a custom domain (free for the first year, registered and renewed by us), business email on that domain, and managed hosting with SSL. There is nothing else to buy, sign up for, or connect: no separate registrar account, no separate hosting bill, no separate email subscription, and no plugins. Every website includes a custom mobile-responsive design with up to 5 sections (hero, about, services, contact, footer), secure hosting with SSL, a contact form, a QR code, a free first-year custom domain, business email, and built-in SEO with structured data so both search engines and AI assistants (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google) can find your business. Basic includes email forwarding; Standard adds a professional mailbox at you@yourdomain.com; Premium adds a full Google Workspace account.

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on the one-time setup fee from the date of payment, no questions asked. The monthly plan isn't refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing (partial periods aren't prorated). We accept all major credit cards through a secure checkout, and we never see your card details.

Sign in to your dashboard, open the Manage Payment tab, and choose Update card next to your payment method. Enter the new card and save it, and it will be used for your future payments. Your bank may ask you to confirm the new card, and if it does, the update is only saved once you confirm.

Sign in to your dashboard and open the Manage Payment tab. Open Payment history, choose Receipt on the payment you need, and then choose Print / Save as PDF to print it or save it as a PDF file. You can also open the receipt as its own page from there. The receipt shows the seller, who it is billed to, each item, tax and the amount paid, so you can use it as your invoice for your records.

All plans are billed monthly. We don't offer yearly billing right now.

Plan prices can change. If they do, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel anytime before the new price applies.

Log in to your dashboard and click "Add Services" to add or change anything — content updates, a hero background change, custom images, color and branding, style tone, and additional pages.

Switching plans after you order isn't available yet, so please choose the plan that fits you when you order. Our Pricing page compares all three.

All updates are ordered from your dashboard under "Add Services" as individual one-time updates, priced individually from $19 to $29 depending on the change — for example a color and branding update at the lower end, or additional pages and a style-tone change at the upper end. You only pay for the specific update you request.

Your website build fee covers a custom one-page website designed for your business. Need more? You can add as many extra pages as you need, anytime, from your dashboard under "Add Services" — $29 per page, one-time.

A blog can be added after your website launches, for an additional cost. Contact us and we'll tell you what it involves and the price.

You can cancel your monthly plan anytime from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of your billing period, and your site goes offline when your plan ends. Cancelling also stops your included domain from auto-renewing, so it may expire at its renewal date unless you move it or renew it yourself.

Request changes through your dashboard and we will keep refining until you love it — unlimited free revisions are included for 7 days after delivery, plus another 14 days after your site launches. The more specific you are about what you want different, the faster we can get it right.

Layout changes are part of your free revision window — unlimited revisions for 7 days after delivery, plus 14 days after launch — so just request a different layout from your dashboard and your content carries over to the new design.

You choose your business timezone when you order online booking. To change it after that, sign in to your dashboard and send us a message from the Messages tab, and we'll change it for you. Appointments that are already booked keep their exact time.

Sign in to your dashboard, open Online Booking and choose the Guide tab. It walks you through reviewing your hours, staff, services and notifications.
